Our team specializes in answering questions and information to respondents and will forward them to areas responsible for criticisms and requests with a response period of 5 working days or as soon as possible.
We are also on the main social networks! Opening hours on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, on weekends.
PERSONAL SERVICE AND LOST AND FOUNDS
Personal service takes place at the Espaço do Cliente, located at the Carioca station, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, except for fairs.
Lost any items? Choose a relationship channel and describe the lost object, the possible date and season it might have been lost. Our team will search the system and contact you within 5 business days.
