Offering accessibility options means ensuring access for all in buildings, urban spaces, public facilities and transportation services with safety and autonomy. It was from this concept that MetrôRio drew its guideline on how to adapt all of the subway’s facilities in order to best serve its clients, with extra care for those with special needs.\
